Livestrong Instructor: I co-lead a fitness training program for cancer survivors at Homewood-Brushton YMCA.Yoga Instructor & Healthy Living Specialist (end date Sept 2024): I taught Vinyasa, Yin, and Beginner Yoga classes weekly, conducted wellness orientations, and trained clients to improve their fitness. I am a certified yoga instructor (200 HR) and registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach slow vinyasa flow classes for all ages & all bodies -and beginners are especially welcome! My classes integrate elements of yin yoga, Kripalu yoga, meditation and guided visualizations with themes from nature.
