Key Achievements-Norfolk Public Library: • Doubled the percentage of participants/patrons in online technology workshops within 6 months through strategic marketing initiatives • Developed and delivered a series of two-week intensive training program with a focus on career development in collaboration with the City of Norfolk Human Services Department • Lead Trainer for “Your Money, Your Goals”, a grant program offering training for employees of Norfolk Public Library • Successfully spearheaded the development, facilitation, and evaluation of online training and workshops offered for the first time by Norfolk Public Library• Built a partnership with Norfolk Public Schools providing a training series for staff and parents on Google Applications • Presented at the Virginia Library Association Conference 2021Information Technology TrainerTrain and assist city employees and Norfolk Public Library (NPL) patrons on the optimum use of technology while developing class curricula using new technology services to meet community needs.
