Ruby Music is an independent music label, Digitally distributed worldwide, by INgrooves. Bringing you a range of new and exciting music through promotion, representation and distribution.

My first venture into self employment started with 2 fundraising gigs featuring local bands in Waterford. Having raised €30,000 I moved into a 5,000 sq ft industrial unit, designed and built 9 rehearsal rooms, a project recording studio, drum booths, storage facilities. Ruby Studios was born.As a sole trader, I was responsible for all aspects of the business, from accounting, advertising, delegation, music teaching, sound engineering and general maintenance. During 13 years of running Ruby Studios I acquired many additional skills, the biggest being people management and dealing with large amounts of Band/Musicians which I now find invaluable within my current business.Due to the economic down turn in the Republic of Ireland, Ruby Studios closed it's doors May 2014.
