Project quantity surveyor on the Kepax Bridge Project for the main contractor (Alun Griffiths).Scheme Background: multi-million pound infrastructure scheme to connect the north of Worcester, by constructing a curved cable-stayed bridge over the River Severn. I carried out various commercial tasks required for the scheme delivery, including procurement, contract management, payment applications, forecasting, compensation events and risk management.

Commercial delivery of the West Cheltenham Transport Improvement Scheme (WCTIS phases 3 & 4). I worked as the commercial lead on this multi-million pound scheme which involved:> Road widening > Three new traffic signal arrangements > Off-road cycleway> Two retaining walls > Traffic signal mast installation> New signs, resurfacing, roadmarkings, streetlighting, fencing, landscaping, traffic management etc
