I have extensive pay and pensions experience, at national, regional, and local levels, both in terms of developing and implementing policy but also advising remuneration committees.Recent assignments (as part of Leading Kind's Retained Director Service) have included Interim Director of People at UWS, Interim Director of HR and OD at University of Dundee and Interim Transformation Lead at Advance HE.
