Working within PSPSL, I have persistently assisted multiple users across multiple domains with day-to-day issues that include Network Issues and Hardware Issues that may result in a diminished work pattern if not correctly dealt with. This role also includes setting up new devices for Users on an almost weekly basis, whether it be Mobile phones, Laptops or Desktops. This includes installing any required Software for different departments and supporting said software.

A fairly short position before moving on to my next job, but definitely helped improve confidence when dealing with pets and the many questions that come with.This branch alone seemed fairly promising with upcoming positions and the experience alongside!

During my time at Sports Direct, I was trained to deal with financial procedures such as cash drops and end of day paperwork. This includes counting the cash taken in the tills and entering it into a system, then creating a handover for management.I preformed stock takes within various departments, such as Shoes, Clothing and Accessories, ensuring all stock was accounted for and correct within the system it was inputted, allowing us to cross reference a database for stock levels.I often merchandised stands to draw customer attention towards more seasonal items or items that may be at a reduced price, promoting stock and allowing the customer to spend more within the store.
