Oversaw the day to day operations of a sales office with approximately 30 agents and over $68 million in gross sales. The majority of my efforts involved recruiting and training new agents, helping agents improve their businesses and increase their sales pipelines. I also developed connections with community organizations and supported local artists, charities, hosted team meetings, workshops and organized off-site team building events.

As a lifelong beneficiary of the Mystic Lakes and River, I've committed myself to helping protect and restore these vital asset in our community. I started helping when I was a kid, cleaning up the shoreline of the Upper Mystic Lake each Spring. As an adult I became a Board Member and donated a percentage of each real estate transaction to the organization. I also help with community outreach and fundraising initiatives.

For over 10 years my first business "MPM Landscaping" offered a wide range of services to residential clients. From weekly lawn care to complete property renovations, we helped maintain and increase the beauty of homes all around the Greater Boston area. I started the business from the ground up, grew it to multiple crews with over 5 full time employees and sales of over $250k per year, then sold the business. One of the most rewarding services we provided was staging homes for real estate agents in the area. I grew to love home staging projects and developed a deep network within the real estate community, eventually getting my real estate license in the process. "Realescaping" is a term I coined to reflect the idea of landscaping specifically with a goal of selling the property. Each property is unique and one of our fundamental goals was to maximize what's already in place, or "unlocking a property's potential." We proudly utilized "Integrated Pest Management" and other green initiatives to maintain the highest level of environmental responsibility.

After a year in customer service, I got approval to create a new "Asset Conservation Division" to prevent clients from leaving for competing companies. I personally retained over $16 million of John Hancock Assets through warm calling of clients who were looking to roll over 401K's and other high value assets but were unaware of the negative consequences (mainly surrender charges and tax liabilities). I also worked closely with the office of business conduct at the home office to collect and gather evidence of unethical agents who were deceiving clients for their own gains.
