As Director, People Partner at Pendo, I lead global people strategy for the CRO and sales leadership teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, driving talent initiatives that support our world-class sales organization. I partner closely with revenue leaders to design and execute strategies that foster growth, scalability, and high performance. During this time, I focused on personal growth, new experiences, and enriching my life outside of work, including:- Travel: Explored new cultures and destinations, gaining fresh perspectives that broadened my global outlook. My Spanish language fluency was very helpful!- Coaching & Learning: Attended coaching classes to further develop my leadership and communication skills.After three wonderful years, we relocated to Austin, TX, for my partner’s next role, and I’m now excited to return to the professional world and bring my enriched perspective and experiences to a new opportunity.
