CurrentAs Director, People Partner at Pendo, I lead global people strategy for the CRO and sales leadership teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, driving talent initiatives that support our world-class sales organization. I partner closely with revenue leaders to design and execute strategies that foster growth, scalability, and high performance. In addition to my direct partnership with the CRO, I also lead the Rev/GTM HRBP team and oversee people programs across Marketing, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.Key responsibilities include:- Global People Strategy & Organizational Design: Partnering with CRO and revenue leadership to develop and implement people roadmaps that align with revenue OKRs, guiding scalable org design, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies across all global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).- Leadership & HRBP Team Management: Leading and mentoring the HRBP team, ensuring they deliver high-impact, tailored people solutions that drive business results across functions.- Program Design & Marketing Leadership: Overseeing HR programs within the Marketing team, aligning organizational development initiatives with business goals, and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and engagement.- Data-Driven People Insights: Leveraging data and analytics to continuously monitor and improve key people metrics, providing strategic insights that inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.- Change Management & Employee Relations: Leading change management initiatives with empathy, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring smooth transitions while upholding Pendo’s values and fostering a positive employee experience across global teams. I drive strategic people initiatives that empower Pendo’s teams to excel and adapt in a rapidly evolving market.
