Onboarding Consultant
Current- Serve as the customer’s relationship manager and POC throughout the account's purchase and onboarding phase.
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, handling large books of onboarding business (approximately 60-100 customers).
- Work autonomously under the guidance of an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer needs/requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality customer interactions.
- Leverage strong product knowledge and project management skills during the Go-Live phase to partner with restaurant owners.
- Develop onboarding plans that ensure a high-quality implementation experience within specified timelines and budgets.
