I provided care and assisted the elderly and their families in numerous ways. I aimed to develop excellent customer service skills in order to provide a high quality of care. I was able to communicate clearly and efficiently with all individuals I cared for and worked with. I was able to understand and execute the duties of care that I was responsible for.

In this role I was required to attend a large number of events in order to secure charity subscriptions. I averaged 70 working hours per week in this role. Throughout my time in this role I was able to increase my confidence and client facing skills, and I was able to develop a strong positive attitude towards interacting with the public.

Potwash

Whilst there I learned about how important good team synergy is, and how important communication and cooperation is within any customer-facing business. I was able to maintain a highly efficient level of work whilst under stress.
