Senior Producer, Live Operations
I lead the team behind the cross-platform desktop/mobile game product: The Pokémon TCG Online. We worked to keep our community of fans engaged and their issues addressed. This included managing ongoing product development, community management and all live game operations. The Pokémon TCG Online game matched day and date with the physical Pokémon Trading Card Game. Our team released a steady roll of content and game updates, including quarterly card expansions and also supported hundreds of retail incremental products.
Producer
Franchise Lead for four cross-platform desktop/mobile massively multiplayer online game products: Arcane Legends, Dark Legends, Pocket Legends and Star Legends. Together with my team, we built and launched multiple expansions, major systems and events. Content expansions included multiple zones with unique environments, numerous NPCs, boss monsters, unique loot and player advancement all tied together with deep story-telling that pulled players further into these worlds. We made active users, engagement, revenue and other key performance indicators go up.
Director Of Community
Supported Spacetime’s mission, vision, and values through communication and marketing strategies that built positive public relationships, drove acquisition and increased retention with a global customer community.

Producer
When priorities in the studio shifted, I moved to take over the product management for EverQuest Online Adventures. Later in 2004 I also took on product management for PlanetSide. I was the public ambassador to both product's online game community of fans and subscribers. Additionally, I designed new units, vehicles, weapons and play improvements for the major game update to PlanetSide, titled Aftershock. Concurrently supported the localization effort of PlanetSide for China, which launched in the spring of 2005.PlanetSide under my watch was, at the time, the first Sony Online Entertainment game to grow subscriber numbers without a retail box product release.
Community Relations Manager
Core production team member for the beta and launch of the PlayStation2 massively multiplayer online game product: EverQuest Online Adventures and the subsequent beta and launch of the major expansion to that game, EQOA: Frontiers. I built the game's community through key advocate outreach and our official message forums. I was also the administrator and chief moderator to those forums. Additionally, I supported Marketing, PR and the Web teams with stories from our community, images, video capture and details and insight on continuing live updates.
