• Our contested primary campaign raised over $1.6M in a heavily red district• Implemented DNC's Phoenix (VAN backend) and Portal (automated job tool) • Implemented a Supporter Data Universe (SDU) within Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) BigQuery that captured over 660,000 unique vendor donor prospect records & ActBlue donor records• Built Python integrations (scheduled via GCP Composer/Airflow) for ActBlue, Mobilize, Scale to Win Text, and website signup data into the Phoenix instance and the SDU• Built SDU to Phoenix (and Phoenix to VAN) integrations for tagging positively ID'd in-district website signups and donors• Coordinated with third party data science firm to apply both consumer data (contact, demographic info) and a custom donor model score to our prospect file to allow for granular targeting of email and text donation solicitation to highly likely donors• Managed a centralized opt out process that captured people, phones, and emails who had opted out across multiple mass marketing systems and created a self service suppression list puller• Coordinated with third party vendor to purchase and apply consumer data and predictive flags to the total constituent voter file and created a modeled support score for the candidate• Built a primary election universe (and sub-universes for more granular targeting) based on predicted turnout, voter history, and the above mentioned support score• Cut targeted lists from universe for issue ads according to voter preferences (democracy, gun rights, water/environmental rights, etc.)
