Act as main point of contact between the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) in the of Accreditation. Draft Accreditation maps, zones, check points, codes for IPC review. Liaise with the IPC and the LOC design department for the creation of the Accreditation Card.Manage the online Accreditation System. Liaise with the IPC to obtain requirements for accreditation facilities, source all equipment and manage setup of registration center. Design and execute accreditation printing process and delivery. Act as the main point of contact between the LOC and International Technical Officials (ITOs).

Co-manage the front desk at the National Olympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee’s (NOC/NPC) Services Centre in the Rio 2016 Athlete’s Village;Troubleshoot and provide issue resolution for NOC/NPC’s with any topic related to: transportation, food and beverage, mail delivery and pick up, general orientation, finance, arrivals and departures, booking of meeting rooms, ticket distribution, and any other non-residential issues;Train and manage up to six volunteers per shift, delegating tasks and ensuring correct protocols are in place;Assist the International Olympic Committee and NOC/NPC Relations team with delegations needing assistance; and, Assist with the Delegation Registration Meetings for Chef de Mission’s when called upon.

Supervised and measured performance and funding for three-year, $2.7 million contract related to educational programming and community, business, and parent engagement for school of 2,600 students. Managed team of six and served as hiring manager for 25+ new staff members. Aligned Global Kids’ academic enrichment programs and leadership groups to meet overall organizational and school administrative goals. Collaborated with community-based organizations and other partners to ensure sustainable impact in all programs and events, including: NYC City Council and Mayor’s Office, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Control Arms, etc. Created and implemented curriculum for workshops on sport for development, global/local issues, health/wellness, climate change, human rights, inclusion, and leadership issues for high school students. Collected and monitored attendance, evaluation, and other program evaluation data, maintaining necessary documentation and providing periodic progress reports. Co-directed award-winning summer institute with the Council on Foreign Relations and served as Global Kids’ representative to the United Nations for three years.

Designed community engagement strategies and implemented projects with the Football Federation of Armenia and the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the development of sports in rural Armenia, serving over 36 villages. Developed and executed the first girls’ soccer tournament to teach healthy lifestyles to over 250 youth. Facilitated 10 coaching seminars for local sports associations on strategic planning and best coaching practices. Planned, fundraised, and interfaced with the city government and the community for renovation projects in the Sisian area. Executed six conferences for new Peace Corps volunteers to share best practices on programming. Served as Chair of Peace Corps Armenia HIV/AIDS Initiative and the Volunteer Peer-Support Network.

Managed over 30 client accounts, serving as liaison to clients and tracking account performance. Addressed all client needs including introduction, registration, regular office meetings, and closing of accounts. Ensured proper etiquette during office visits and created online database of all client needs and preferences.

Assisted in planning and management of biannual civic engagement seminars. Designed and executed marketing strategies—including social media strategies—to publicize seminars to 59,000 students.
