At heart, I was always person who loved to help others, find innovative ways to solve problems, and always strive for excellence in whatever goal I set to accomplish. As new grad from Auburn University who majored in Computer Science. My educational journey was an experience unlike any other. I was given opportunities to lead class projects, build back-end servers, build front end web apps, learn in depth knowledge of data structures, and learn algorithms. All of this soon lead me to take an undergrad research assistant position to help medical professionals build a full stack web application to visualize and store patient data. Thus, leading me to see the full impact of how programming can help enable others to solve problems people face today. With my growing passion, I also took a volunteer position as a Teaching Assistant and created fun innovative ways for students to have fun while learning to code. Leading to a successful increase of students testing scores. Outside of the classroom I also take my knowledge further in learning new web technologies, attending computer science club meetings, and attending local hackathons. I can truly say, I am geek at heart.Since the day I learned to code. My passion for the science of computers grows everyday and with my educational journey with Auburn my skills and passion grew even more. During my transition phase of switching careers I hope to bring my post career skills of management, problem solving, communications, team leading, and my new profound skills in programming to the tech industry. Where I aspire to be a software engineer. Where I can make a difference and help others solve problems that lead to creating awesome software or web applications of the highest quality.
