I deeply pride myself on my passion for knowledge and ability to fully immerse myself into an environment while learning everything I can. I have known from a young age that mechanical engineering is a field where I will rapidly excel and grow. When my friends dreamt of becoming astronauts and travelling the stars, I dreamt of being the engineer who would design the vehicles to get them there. As a football player, I learned incredibly valuable lessons about myself, both as an athlete, and as a person. Teamwork, perseverance, leadership, and accountability are key components in a teammate both on the field or in a work space. Playing at the varsity level in high school reinforced these morals and furthered my understanding of how easily these lessons in athletics can be translated to the world and life. I am thrilled to be studying at such an amazing institution here at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
