Responsible for safe and reliable operation of the Utilities area including black liquor recovery boilers, wood waste/natural gas fired power boilers, steam driven turbine generators, electrical power distribution, black liquor evaporators, recausticizing, lime kiln, mill/boiler water treatment, wastewater treatment, and all associated auxiliary processes.

• Work as an operator in all areas of the plant including laboratory, reactors, storage tanks, warehouse, train yard, and wastewater tanks.• Manage wastewater disposal, reactor and storage tank maintenance, chemical transfers, and batch processes.• Successfully aided in completion of over 500 batches.

•Worked at the textile finishing division in order to ensure quality standards were met for every produced fabric.•Responsible for performing blend, flammability, and strength experiments on each completed lot.•Successfully tested over 300 different lots and found defects in less than 5% of the cloth samples.
