About Alessandro Raffa

A native New Yorker, I was born and raised by a family of Italian Immigrants in Brooklyn, and have relished in the city’s vibrance, opportunity, and style for 25+ years. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Salesperson, I spent 7+ years as an Account Executive in the NYC Tech scene, where I led a multi-year Enterprise roadmap and implementation of products and services for Fortune 500 Companies including Liberty Mutual and Southwest Airlines. My passion for New York City Real Estate bloomed as part of the Strategic Growth team at Compass, where I was exposed to hundreds of conversations with agents at the top of their game. That experience has given me a unique understanding of the level of service provided by top agents to their clients throughout each and every aspect of the real estate transaction and my focus is on educating the masses about properly navigating the process.My ultimate belief is in ensuring that clients reach their goals and that the process feels right every step of the way.
