In addition, I select, hire, train, develop, lead and motivate a team of more than 120 people.The main responsibilities include managing Inventory, Costs and Personnel at the assigned points of sale.The main KPI objectives to be managed include the Productivity of the working hours carried out in the store, the Loss of unsaleable products and the loss of Inventory.Working as a leader, I guarantee the correct state of the stores, as well as compliance with the internal action protocols, application of SOPs and processes to ensure the achievement of objectives and quality standards stipulated by Lidl and our company principles.
