As Senior Product Manager, I owned vision and delivery of our technical product. The product vision was informed by hours of in-depth conversations and visits to smallholder farmers, input suppliers, banks, and insurance providers. I worked with our team of engineers, designers, and field operations staff to roll out the product and serve thousands of smallholder farmers with life-changing services. Strategic Projects And ResearchAnza | Starting & Scaling Social Businesses Oct 2016 - Jan 2017Arusha, Arusha, TzCo-managed a project funded by DIFID and HDIF to map out the Innovation Ecosystem across Tanzania. Deliverables were (1) a detailed report, and (2) interactive map of key players in entrepreneurship, government, education, journalism, and other support organizations. We used enumerators to collect data across the country from hundreds of participants. Following data collection , we chose cross-sector participants for in-depth interviews.
