As the financial manager, I am primarily responsible for overseeing the organization's financial activities and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. I will develop and manage the annual budget and conduct regular financial analyses to evaluate the organization's financial performance.In addition, I will play a critical role in grant and project budgeting, ensuring that all financial activities related to our programmatic work are accurately reflected in our budgets. I will work closely with the Accounting and Global Internal Compliance teams to ensure that all grant and contract compliance requirements are met, which will help to build better credibility and trust with our funders and partners.To be successful in this role, I should have strong financial management skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial data, create budgets and forecasts, and report financial information to stakeholders. I work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

This position is responsible for providing financial, contractual and general management support for projects in the Asia Pacific region of the Field Implementation Group. Eensure compliance with finance, contracts and administrative requirements as established by Rainforest Alliance headquarters and the donors for these projects. Working under the supervision of the Director, Asia Pacific, and will coordinate closely with the Finance and Contract & Grant Administration managers, project managers, and other teams as needed.
