About Alex Seelig

Project lead for the 2020 FedHealthIT Innovation Award winning VHA Diffusion Marketplace. I am a modern technology problem solver and devoted follower of Agile Methodologies. I’ve spent years in Government contracting, particularly with Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD), implementing Agile. I have done this with teams from both the private, and in the public sector with Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). In 2015, I was part of a winning team for the 18F Agile BPA prototype competition, acting as bid lead and Product Owner. I have led teams in the migration of large legacy systems to modern, sustainable, open source technologies. I want to help Governments and businesses help more people through the use of technology. I also have a lifelong love of Modernist literature and soccer, and am an avid runner.
