As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator I play an important part in the support of organizational staffing needs. I primarily help with the hiring and onboarding process, coordination with the Talent Acquisition leaders, and assisting in the day to day operations within the HR Talent Acquisition department. Additionally I help with posting, sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, interviewing and dispositioning candidates.

● Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Credit Union personnel. Ensures that allhiring processes are effective and legally compliant.● Assists in overseeing the Human Resource database. Ensures that system records areaccurately recorded and cross-checked.● Enters new hire information in the Human Resource system database.● Tracks and resolves problems and checks system operations as scheduled.● Assists in maintaining the Imaging System. Scans and indexes human resource files andensures that records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and CreditUnion policies and procedures.● Completes monthly and year end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and newhires.● Processes employment verification forms and name change packets.● Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested

● Create and distribute trainings on a regular basis.● Work with various departments at the Credit Union to develop trainings that are withinpolicy.● Works with new hires as a class and as individuals to help them succeed at the CreditUnion.● Studies and presents constantly changing material.● Deals with sensitive and personal information of students, is expected to handle thisinformation professionally, privately, and with care.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

● Prepare and disburse consumer loans in accordance with credit union policies, processan average of 16 monthly● Open 15 to 20 new accounts monthly ensuring they follow BSA standards.● Maintain knowledge in various investments, including certificates of deposit and IRA’s.● Business account specialist with knowledge on the qualifications and procedures thatare required for business accounts.● Three years’ experience as a closing supervisor responsible for preparing and validatingbranch end of night procedures, including overseeing other employees

● Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining focus onmember interaction.● Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services to expand knowledge to clientele,goals met consistently for the last 4 years
