I architect the client experience across both desktop and mobile devices. Responsibilities include Group Policy management, Windows security updates, new software installs and software updates. Managing several applications, servers and clients, including client encryption, SSO and software presentation, and Active Directory automation. I spent a year (04/11-03/12) on a high volume service desk personally receiving between 40-80 calls daily. Tasks included an emphasis on first call resolution, helping out the desktop/hardware side in any spare time, responsible for paging applicable analysts in the event of high priority issues.I was moved off of the service desk approaching a hospital-wide Go-Live project (Epic) to help with user security and provisioning. here I was responsible for new account creation and user maintenance across multiple enterprise apps and supporting web sites.I also add, maintain and terminate users from Active Directory and Exchange Management, Maintain and Add AD Groups, and Maintain Lync users.
