As part of a team of Project Managers, I am responsible for managing the project delivery of enterprise level customer service projects, including P&L responsibility. In addition I am involved with the pre-sales team to assist with opportunities.Key Achievements:• On-time and in-budget implementation with Hermes Parcelnet to implement full Contact Centre suite including Knowledge Management, online Chat, incident & e-mail management, marketing & sales. One of the largest RightNow implementations within EMEA.• Managed successful pilot implementation of a Knowledge Management system for EDF Energy UK. As a result of the pilot, EDF have extended their implementation.• On-time and in-budget implementation at Trader Media Group of a Knowledge Management system. Ongoing implementation of online Chat.• In-budget implementation of online FAQs with Aviva to replace their existing CRM suppliers for 6 customer facing portals, plus their internal HR portal • Ongoing implementation with Cristal Pigments to implement Fusion HCM Compensation; includes data migration from SAP HR system, inbound integration from SAP HR and Taleo Performance, and outbound integration to Payroll.• Other customers include Severn Trent Water; Teleperformance (for Marks & Spencer); Nikon; DHL; Deutsche Lufthansa; UPC Cablecom; Oracle Primavera GBU

Clinical Solutions is a provider of clinical decision support and clinical content products for healthcare professionals. As one of a small team of Project Managers, I worked on projects with the company's main client, NHS Direct, amongst others.Key Achievements:• Project Management of the CS aspect of the North West pilot for the ongoing nationwide roll-out of the new '111' service in the North West of England. Involved in the requirements gathering stage, through to development, and then implementation for user acceptance testing. Go-Live of the new software took place as planned at the end of October 2011, with the full pilot launch at the end of November. As Project Manager, I was also required to facilitate the involvement of a number of third parties, and work with Connecting for Health (CfH) on ongoing changes to their NHS Pathways specification.• Worked on the upgrade of Liverpool PCT's Walk-In-Centre (WiC) product. This project had already had 4 changes of Project Manager, and the client was understandably unhappy about this. I was able to rebuild the PCT's confidence in the company and the WiC product, and go-live successfully took place at the end of September. The project included a full data migration and hardware refresh.

As a Project Manager, my responsibilities included project planning, management of risks & issues, project reporting (internally & externally), ensuring projects were brought in on time and within budget.Key Achievements:• Successful implementation of new A&E system at North Middlesex University Hospital – brought in on-time and within budget, despite an increase in scope and a shortening of timescale. The project needed to adapt to fit in to the Trust's requirements for the opening of their new A&E Department, and following successful completion of the project, the Trust agreed to become a reference site for future A&E implementations.• Key involvement in nationwide hardware/software upgrade to Patient Administration System (PAS). Starting from initial programme kick off, creating the implementation methodology, then managing three separate projects within the programme to successful completion.• Brought in to project manage failing project at Swansea NHS Trust. Project involved full PAS implementation, data migration from 2 existing PAS, maternity system implementation, data warehouse implementation and integration with several third party systems. Replanned project to agreed timescales and built up good working relationship with Trust and third parties – especially important as confidence in the company & product had been eroded due to previous poor management of project.• Involved in creating the company's Standard Implementation Methodology – standardising project plans (in MS Project), reports, PID and other PRINCE documentation.• Working with the Sales team – advising on sales opportunities and pre-sales information.
