Alex is a Director of Product Management at HICX, a supplier management platform which delivers great experience to suppliers at large enterprise organisations.Prior to HICX, Alex was the Head of Technology & Product at States of Flux. He was responsible for delivering the product development roadmap; transforming the company’s expertise in SRM into an innovative software solution; and enabling SRM technology into organisations. With a mission to make SRM easier for all, Alex was continually consulting with clients on their business challenges and needs, looking at market trends and aligning the product strategy to the company vision.Alex has over 17 years of experience working with leading global organisations in software implementation, change management, procurement & supply chain transformation, supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, category management and risk management. He holds a degree in operational research and marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and a master’s degree in decision sciences from the London School of Economics (LSE).
