Current• Extensive knowledge of the urological system gained to assist patients and medical staff with clinical and business services • Verifies patient insurance, for 3 urology clinics, using HCPCS, CPT and ICD-10 codes to calculate patient liability for routine visits, medications, and in-office diagnostic procedures• Obtains authorization for medical services performed in the clinic and completes appeals when necessary• Maintains a phone queue of 8 different telephone lines daily by delegating over 250 incoming phone calls • Creates inventory tracking reports to analyze spending and reduce operating cost • Assists patients and physicians with online health portal services and schedules appointments for office visits and procedures• Manages and reports daily time of service money collections ensuring correct amount is accounted for
