I have my phlebotomy certification. I graduated from the program at Southern University at Shreveport Louisiana May 2021, and took my BOC September 8,2021 and successfully passed. I also have lab and clinical experience. I have several years of experience in customer service, along with providing care for individuals in need of assistance in a office , hospital, and a home setting . I have ample knowledge of office machinery and working in an office setting . Answering phone calls and helping clients and customers with any issues they may encounter, as well as providing quality customer service,and keeping a positive friendly attitude.
