Here I was the Kennel Manager, I just helped make sure operations were running correct. Letting pets in/out, feeding, cleaning etc. Customer service when clients would bring pets in were a must. People like to know and feel like their "kids" are being taken care of. We used an industry specific CRM for booking training, grooming, and boarding. I set up the company with the new system and taught the entire staff and owners how to use and utilize it for their company. I was also the "IT" girl from then on as well! I did grooming as well and training.

In this role, I first had a 4 week training course where I learned sales processes, industry knowledge about residential and commercial stairs, residential and commercial stair safety codes, and installation of product. From our CRM I reached out to warm leads via phone call and follow up with an email (if no answer). I used HubSpot for all CRM and RingCentral for calls.

I was the "face of the company." I answered all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone, average daily call volume: 100+. Upon answering, I helped each customer resolve their issues, whether they needed more product, or needed to adjust inventories, add/remove employees for uniforms, etc. I was the main point of contact between customers and our Service Reps and Management. I would contact the drivers/managers for each route and dispatch them to deliver any extra or missing product. I would go to production floor to retrieve product for customers or for drivers and management, if they were too busy. I did all of our filing for contracts, warranties, etc. Physical filing and e-filing. I used Salesforce and a laundry service CRM to keep lines of communication open and flowing frequently for all aspects of the company.
