I have 10 years of experience in pet boarding, grooming, and training, where I managed the daily operations, implemented a new CRM system, and taught the staff and owners how to use it. I also have 5 months of experience in the sales industry, where I completed a 4-week training course and reached out to warm leads via phone and email. Additionally, I have administrative and public relations skills from my previous role as a corporate receptionist. I enjoy learning new things and taking on new challenges, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow and improve myself. I have a high school education, but I am open to pursuing further studies or certifications if needed.
