Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
Current- Efficiently supports the Corporate Partnerships team with sufficient project management and attentive relationship/administrative support to partnership building/stewardship- Effectively captures meeting takeaways and follows up on actions for the group in timely manner- Develops and executes best practices for internal team processes to improve team organization and communication- Infuses a distinctive creative style into department case studies and presentations, transforming concepts into visual narratives- Orchestrates simultaneous management of diverse administrative projects, ensuring impeccable execution within tight timelines-Regularly keeps website content on Corporate Partnerships updated to reflect partnership accuracy- Supports account managers with calendars of digital and in-person engagement events for campaigns and relationship stewardship-Embodies leadership on the coordinating and planning of the bi-annual Dine Board meeting with various cross departmental leadership
