It Director
CurrentAs IT Director at Leadtech Group, my main job is to coordinate and manage our in-house e-commerce web developments & projects, which are based on PHP7 and frameworks such as Laravel, Slim, and Symfony.However, my responsibilities don’t end there. I’m also in charge of the following:- Researching of new technologies (Big Data, Cloud, API, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, DevOps...) to improve both performance and productivity within the company - Defining IT & other technology regulations and best practices - Generating development patterns to improve team members’ learning curve and to create more robust code- Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems across the entire organization- Supporting other projects and departments from a technical perspective- Overseeing all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to set goals- Devising, establishing, and implementing IT policies, procedures, and systems to support the implementation of strategies defined by upper management- Analyzing business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and improving their productivity and engagement- Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic, timely IT solutions.Overall, I consider myself a responsible, goal-oriented professional who is deeply committed to his job.
