My job as a student worker in the Telecommunications office was to help the managers in any way possible. This included, answering phones, setting up phones, delivering phones, selling phones and delivering messages. I was also the go to employee for the senior citizen and international student customers. Since they have re-branded to MiTech Cellular my duties have expanded. I have begun to help run the service. I was the lead MiTech associate in the bookstore. I also sold computers, iPads and other electronic devices. The most important thing to me in doing this job was customer service.

Fairfield Ymca

While on duty as a lifeguard at the Fairfield Family YMCA, I was in charge of all customer service needs. I help members and guests with individual needs such as getting equipment or helping them with their workouts. I was also ready to put out a helping hand at any time. Safety is also important at the YMCA, not only did I make sure the swimmers are in a safe place, but I also made sure the whole pool area is safe for everyone who walks through the area

I spent four straight summers at the Fairfield Aquatic Center. My last two summers I participated in lead roles. My last summer at the pool I was an Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Instructor. I taught two 25 student classes and all my students passed their test's and became great lifeguards.
