• Train customers in using capillary and gel-based DNA sequencers to perform DNA sequencing and fragment analysis.
• Help customers optimize and troubleshoot sequencing, fragment analysis and human identification applications.

• Install, maintain and repair DNA sequencers in the NY/NJ territory.
• Train customer in using equipment to perform DNA sequencing and fragment analysis.
• Provide computer training and support for all engineers in NY/NJ territory (Lotus Notes and RSD).
