• Work as Team Leader managing agenda of FAS team for trainings, troubleshooting and demos in Brazil and Latin America. • Help customers develop, optimize and troubleshoot small molecules applications in various areas including food and beverage (vitamins, pesticides, veterinary drugs, mycotoxins), environmental (pesticides), clinical and toxicology (doping and screening of drugs), and pharma applications (bioequivalency studies, quality control).• Create, develop and deliver courses offered at the ABI Training Center in Brazil. Courses in the past include Basic Principles of Mass Spectrometry, Forensic Toxicology Utilizing LC-MS/MS, Mass Spectrometry Applied to Bioequivalency Studies, and Analysis of Residues in Food Utilizing LC-MS/MS.• Manage local demo lab supervising a laboratory intern, keeping inventory, ordering supplies, performing maintenance on equipment and conducting demos in various small molecule applications.

• Train customers in using capillary and gel-based DNA sequencers to perform DNA sequencing and fragment analysis.• Help customers optimize and troubleshoot sequencing, fragment analysis and human identification applications.

• Install, maintain and repair DNA sequencers in the NY/NJ territory.• Train customer in using equipment to perform DNA sequencing and fragment analysis.• Provide computer training and support for all engineers in NY/NJ territory (Lotus Notes and RSD).
