This ambitious project encompassed details of over 70,000 medical office buildings, encapsulating ownership details, contact information, and more. This database became an essential tool for business strategy and operations.Additionally, I was responsible for architecting and implementing a system designed to track sales comps, lease comps, and on-market deals. This system significantly helped the capabilities of our investment and leadership team, providing them with crucial data for informed decision-making.A key aspect of my role was overseeing the data integrity and flow across all CVG ventures.
