Leading a dynamic team of 26 professionals, I was pivotal in managing and innovating data processes across various ventures, including Winnow, Scout, Montecito Medical, Polaris, and Calmwaters AI.My primary achievement at Montecito Medical involved developing the nation's most comprehensive medical office database. This ambitious project encompassed details of over 70,000 medical office buildings, encapsulating ownership details, contact information, and more. This database became an essential tool for business strategy and operations.Additionally, I was responsible for architecting and implementing a system designed to track sales comps, lease comps, and on-market deals. This system significantly helped the capabilities of our investment and leadership team, providing them with crucial data for informed decision-making.A key aspect of my role was overseeing the data integrity and flow across all CVG ventures. This included ensuring the accuracy, security, and effective utilization of data, which was fundamental to the group's operational success and strategic initiatives.My tenure at Clarity Ventures Group was marked by a relentless focus on leveraging data to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making, setting new benchmarks in data management and research within the real estate sector.
