At Haschen I primarily act as an ERP solutions architect focusing on Dynamics NAV, AX, and 365. We carry out operational analysis for process improvement, transaction automation, device and process implementation, and reducing errors through information gathering and continual improvement cycles. I lead internal and external teams through the implementation life cycle, offering analysis, design, and project management services for new installations and "Phase X" expansions of new functionality. Additionally, I manage a subsidiary entity dedicated to consumer and enterprise mobile applications for iOS and Android using both native and hybrid architectures, system integrations, and hosted solutions.

At Beck Consulting I analyzed customer's business requirements to deliver high impact ERP/MRP systems for the food and dairy industries. Assisted customers with world wide logistics, food-grade inventory lot costing and warehousing (FDA and catch weight requirements), automated manufacturing reporting, mobile integrations, and EDI were some of the solutions provided to clients.I was responsible for certifying, demoing, and promoting their internally created add-ons and verticals, one of which is the very impressive BC EDI Navision add-on. Their BC Food vertical is currently used at the United States' largest dairy distributor California Dairies.

For two years I operated as an independent consultant to assist in the rollout of IT and ERP initiatives for multiple organizations, working and implementing out of San Francisco, Indianapolis, Denmark, and Norway. High level job tasks included root cause analysis, documenting workflow gaps, managing resources during SDLC, data migration, and acting as a systems specialist. Systems used included Dynamics NAV and AX, JD Edwards, SQL, and JIRA. Projects involved defining procedures, business modeling, and system specifications for consolidating global IT structures. My projects were responsible for direct savings of 1-7MM and ongoing savings from increased overall sustainability of the ERP environments. Direct reporting to VPs of Accounting, Finance, and IT.

Responsible for all implementation tasks including business analysis, design, project planning/forecasting, training, post go-live support, and technical writing for Dynamics NAV / Navision.

Reported directly to the regional IT manager for pre-implementation tasks (data-cleansing), pre-go-live database setup, and status reports on progress through the project life-cycle. Trained employees in general navigation and use, Sales and Receivables, Purchases and Payables, and Service within a highly customized version of Navision 3.6 used in the home building industry. Created, updated, and helped maintain cost-benefit analysis sheets and the implementation project plan.

As the office manager for Requin I was in charge of performing interviews, providing hiring recommendations, assisting in the creation of procedures and guidelines, training new employees, and leading internal seminars on policy changes and new technology.I reported directly to the company President and was responsible for the analysis of all company functions for the purpose of creating technical and operational support guides for each department, as well as process improvement recommendations.Under the guidance of the President, I built business cases for new projects and acted as lead contact for information requests from external auditors. The largest project performed involved re-engineering processes and procedures which resulted in a 30% reduction in staff expenditure. All accounting, cash, royalty reporting, and inventory functions were done on a Navision 2.0 system.
