Manage the team's workflow and ensure a cohesive and positive working environment.- Devise a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the festival's marketing goals. This strategy should focus on creating a continuous stream of engaging, high-quality content that captures the festival's unique atmosphere, showcases artist performances, highlights attendee experiences, and promotes the festival's values.- Oversee the production of compelling visual and written content that generates FOMO and drives engagement. This includes real-time content during the festival and evergreen content that keeps the audience engaged year-round. Ensure the content is effectively distributed across various platforms, including social media, the festival's website, and email marketing campaigns.- Utilize available resources efficiently to support content production and team operations. This includes managing budgets, securing necessary equipment, and leveraging partnerships or sponsorships to enhance content quality.- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across all platforms. Use insights to refine content strategies, optimize distribution, and increase audience engagement and reach.
