Backend/Infrastructure developer Developed endpoints related financial account aggregation using Django rest framework.Improved infrastructure using AWS EC2, Redis, Celery, GUnicorn, NGINX, and PostgresQL.

Implemented a web page using AngularJS that allows genetic counsellors to interpret cancer variants from NGS and then automate the process making of research report based on the variants with TinyMCE. Included variant allele fraction and mutation summary graphs with JQuery and D3.js. Implemented ~10 endpoints and password related functions to PHP. Created Apache and nginx docker containers to decrease load off main server.

Participated in the project 'LIFE', an application that connects Japanese University students and Japanese corporations. Added ~20 endpoints to a Node.js server and was responsible for making an admin console in AngularJS.

Organized and lead tutorials for cell biology and genetics.

Learned and then created a proof of concept of jBPM, with emphasis on its REST capabilities. Wrote SQL queries to automate report making processes using SSIS and SSRS.
