I am a professional Mechanical Engineering Consultant with extensive design/engineering experience and expertise in 3D CAD modelling and CAD methodology, as well as system administration of CAD/PLM software. I also develop working methods for more efficient workflows in CAD and PLM systems and teach CAD to customers. Other skills are ERP/MPS work and photorealistic 3D rendering.Mechanical Product Development and Innovation is my favourite work, especially designing complex products. With my vast knowledge in high-level CAD work (Creo, SolidWorks, Windchill/PDMLink, etc.) and design I can help clients with Product Standardization, Modularization & Configuration (cost-effective design of multiple product variations) and Advanced Surface Modelling of complex geometry.I often contribute to increase customers’ quality of manufacturing drawings for welding, machining and assembly (GD&T, etc.). I also have experience from Hygienic Design for Food-grade Systems, Fuelling Systems (fuel dispensers and parts) and Sealing Design.This has resulted in successfully releasing multiple new projects over the years. The projects ranged from simple components in consumer products with various materials and manufacturing methods (welding and machining of metal, sheet metal, injection moulding plastic and die-cast aluminum) up to large structural assemblies and machines for complete factories.
