Plant General Manager responsible of the operations of the 2 plants in Durango: Gomez Palacio and Mapimi.In charge of production allocation, production scheduling (MPS), materials planning (MRP), maintenance plan, inventory management, shipping.Implementation of operations KPI’s for Production, Maintenance and Supply Chain.Increase the OEE and reduce production costs.Development of a spreadsheet for products costing.

1. Responsible of the negotiation and purchasing of all the beef/cows for the group.2. Development of new suppliers of beef/cows for meat in Mexico.3. Development of new suppliers for freights.4. Coordinate all the shipments of beef/cows from all Mexico to Monterrey.5. Generate the weekly shipping plan of Beef.6. Generate daily reports for General Direction (shipments, travel loss, prices)7. Responsible of all the purchases for the calf farm in La Laguna.

• Responsible of the Production Planning for 3 production plants in Mexico: Aguascalientes, Obregon and Guadalajara plants.• Generate the weekly Production Plan for each plant.• Generate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for each plant considering the next four weeks.• Follow up the accomplishment of the production plans by generating level service report and daily conferences with each plant.• Generate a weekly report of the missing production in each plant and their causes.• Generate a weekly report of the main differences between the MPS and the final production plan.• Generate all the production orders in SAP for each plant.

GUMEX is a metal mechanic plant dedicated to the fabrication of steel tanks, in which I had the following responsibilities: • Coordinate production of all the steel tanks produced in the plant.• Generate the Production Master Plan based on the shipping schedule and production capacity.• Generate the pay sheet for Production department.• Development of a new first operations hall.• Development of a Preventive Maintenance Plan for all the equipment in the plant.• Development of an overtime report for the General Director. • Development of a 5’s program in the plant in order to have a safety place to work and increase efficiency.

1. Responsible of Planning Department, Fiber Optic, Raw Materials and Finish Goods warehouses, and Shipping Department in Telecom Plant.2. Define and ensure the compliance of the KPI´s for Planning and Raw Materials warehouse.3. Develop all the ISO documentation (procedures, work instructions, visual aids, etc.) for Planning Department, Fiber Optic warehouse and Raw Materials warehouse.4. Generate daily/weekly/monthly workload for the different production areas (Fiber Selection, Coloring, Buffering, Stranding, Jacketing, Drop).5. Calculate the OEE of all the production lines (Coloring, Buffering, Stranding, Jacketing and Drop).6. Responsible of the end month inventory of raw materials, fiber optic, WIP, finish goods, and make the necessary adjustments in SAP.7. Order fiber optic according customers demand.8. Ensure the compliance of the FIFO system in the Raw Materials warehouse.

1. Generate the monthly and weekly production plan based on customer requirements.2. Daily follow up to production.3. Lead the daily follow up meeting with General Direction and Managers of the different areas in the company.4. Realize production capacity studies to determine available capacity for new requirements.5. First contact for customer to follow up status of their requirements.6. Responsible of the materials planning and requirement of steel.7. Determine the overtime need for production, or the need to open a new shift. 8. Determine the Planning department objectives, ensure the accomplishment of the objectives, presentation of the results to General Direction.

Member of the Feasibility revision Committee for new projects.5. Ensure the on time delivery of quotes to customers and negotiation of new requirements.6. Verify the information in the purchasing orders from customers is right and upload the new orders in the Manufacturing System.7. Responsible of the sales forecast, and presentation of it to General Direction per month.8. Responsible of the Customer Service Survey (twice a year).
