Sweetsoul Candies Inc. based in San Diego Ca. had its production based in Mexico by a third-party company and was in the necessity to expand and increase the quality of their product, thus needing to build a new facility and increase their workforce.The company supplies mainly sugar-coated chocolate lentils to several leading companies in the USA. This meant that the project needed to comply with several certifications which include FDA Approved, FSSC22000, OK Kosher, RSPO among others.I was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer to control and translate and outdated manual production process into a technological, cutting edge one.
