My mission is to deliver customer solutions, drive technical cost savings, quality focus and support the launch of new products in the field of torque converter (TC) design and development for hybrid applications.I have a master's degree in industrial engineering and quality systems, and I hold multiple patents. I leverage my communication, negotiation, and innovation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement best practices, and foster a culture of innovation & quality.
