With over 10 years of R&D management experience, I lead a team of more than 140 engineers across the Americas as the R&D Director at Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier. My mission is to deliver customer solutions, drive technical cost savings, quality focus and support the launch of new products in the field of torque converter (TC) design and development for hybrid applications.I have a master's degree in industrial engineering and quality systems, and I hold multiple patents. I leverage my communication, negotiation, and innovation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement best practices, and foster a culture of innovation & quality. I am passionate about results, creating a positive impact in the automotive industry, and developing the next generation of R&D leaders.
