• A member of the gang team responsible for providing maintenance services for HVAC equipment such as fan and coils, mini-splits, VRV, VRF, Multi V, AHU, package units, cassette units, and extractors.• Execute test ensuring airtightness, conduct vacuum processes, charge coolant, and initiate unit start-ups.• Establish low-voltage connections.

Preventive maintenance to low and medium voltage installations, substations, transformers, ECC and transfer boards.

• Preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning, fire fighting, hydrosanitary, and electrical systems in Iztapalapa LDC.• Maintenance checks on hydraulic and electrical skates, unloaders, and conveyors.• Conducting regular inspections at the LDC.

• Provide technical and administrative assistance for overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning, hydraulic, and fire-fighting pumping systems in the executive tower.• Support administrative tasks related to the creation, printing, and closure of work orders through the SAP software.• Conduct design, interpretation, development, and calculations for hydraulic network plans.

• Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the fleet comprising 13 heavy equipment units and 11 lift trucks.• Oversight of vehicle procedures.• Generation of purchase orders through SAP software.• Assistance to the mechanic in conducting corrective maintenance on the fleet.
