As the Operation Leader at PT Kreasi Sentosa Abadi, my primary responsibilities involve overseeing the production process from start to finish. I ensure that customer orders for Sayerlack coating materials are accurately received and processed, samples are approved, and products meet quality standards before entering the finishing line. Additionally, I coordinate with my team to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow, these systems are applied for all 8 RH’s factories/suppliers (Mandiri Group, Valasindo, Kota Jati, SAS Kreasindo, Archipelago, Globalindo, BL Home, Katwara).I am currently working on the RH Project – RH has appointed Sherwin William as their finishing Brand, and Sayerlack is now one of Sherwin’s sub-brands originating from Italy, and PT Kreasi Sentosa Abadi (PT KSA) is the exclusive distributor for Sayerlack brand (outdoor coating) in Indonesia.

→ Managing and providing effective monitoring of the suppliers' performance through grading and assessment. Serving as the primary point of contact between RH and the pool of suppliers and ensuring the proper implementation of contracts.→ Setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning factory/vendor team members to various deliverables are all part of project management planning.→ Organize the cushion sample process to mass production for each collection in each factory.→ Overseeing the cushion product development and ensuring that factories complete their tasks efficiently while adhering to the RH's standards.→ Submit a recurring report to VPs

→ Manage overseas accounts by establishing good communication with them, as this is the primary responsibility.→ Communicate closely with the PD, Sample, & R/D team in regard to the sampling process.→ Communicate closely with 3rd party organization, if requested by customers, mostly for product test/company audits.→ Supervise the purchasing department in regard to the availability of all customer-requested materials.→ Communicate closely with the production team in all matters of customer requirements.→ Make sure all the products are delivered in good condition by maintaining communication with the Quality Control team.→ Prepare and Supervise all shipment requirements in advance, weeks/days before the requested shipping date by communicating this to the shipping department.→ Providing a good after-sales service such as spare-part requests, claims, etc.→ Create a purchase order recap for all accounts.→ Create an order forecast for all accounts.→ established a close follow-up for all tasks/responsibilities that relates to customers & other departments.

→ Communicate simultaneously to the sample and R/D team in regards to the customer requirements that relate to the samples. Starts from design, sample-drawing, mass production-drawing, materials, etc.→ Provide costing based on R/D team calculation and prepare Quotation docs to be approved by the top management.→ Send the quotation to the customers, acknowledged by senior.→ Prepare & Supervise sample shipment & payment process.→ Provide a recap for all samples in responsibility.

→ Helping PD & Merchandising team in all administrations.→ Provide & Compile all necessary recap/report.→ Keep update all the recap/report in a daily & weekly manner.

→ Conduct safety inspections, Site Plant A & Site Plant B periodically. → Coordinate with General Dept team for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.→ Coordinate with Engineering Dept for asset maintenance.→ Coordinate with Security Dept for Factory/Site safety, and make daily/weekly/monthly schedule.→ Coordinate with all drivers for transport unit preparations.→ Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan administrations and regulations.→ Conduct the first Interview.→ Conduct employee assessment.→ Create and prepare all Safety / HSE needs.→ Conduct asset auditing every month.→ Responsible for running K3/HSE needs.→ Responsible for all asset worthiness.

→ Preparing all administrations.→ Helping senior HR in recruitment process

→ Create a daily visit plan, and make sure visit plans are done well.→ Plan and Order marketing attribute (brochure, banner, advertising)→ Manage documents for presentation (quotation, proposal, catalog, etc).→ Make a weekly report (CRM/Key Note) and report it to VP Sales.→ Follow Up every single quotation that already received by customers.→ Ensure every customer gets every update about everything related to their orders→ Entertaining Customers.→ Co-Work with other sales teams, to achieve branch targets.

→ Selling Consumers goods product (Filma, Prochiz, Hatari, Pristine, kinder joy, etc)→ Recruiting new Customers/outlet (NOO)→ Conduct a visit for active outlet/customers→ Conduct a visit for Sleeping Outlet / Customers→ Process return requests, product swaps, etc.. according to customer's needs.→ Create Sales daily activity and report it to the supervisor/manager.→ Take part with the promotion team every once a month, helping them with blitz selling, branding, etc.
