My role is to provide seamless support to the Customer Support Manager by providing leadership and management of the day to day operations of the HC Team, ensuring quotes are returned in a timely fashion, KPI's for the team are met and procedures and processes are adhered to. My role also offers critical support to our Commercial Managers and Hire Controllers in order to ensure a smooth quotations process as well as an efficient and accurate turnaround of project pricing.I ensure a constant support for the HC Team, liaising with other departments to provide innovative new processes to support business function throughout the whole company.I will support the HC Team so they stay focused on both personal and business targets set for the year.I carry out meaningful 1:1's each month with my team, constantly championing them and challenging them to be better versions of themselves

Carried out weekly structured business development in order to achieve order targets.- Responding to inbound customer enquiries- (through leads and live chat functions) converting into hire sales orders.- Maximise added value for every opportunity by promoting the full range of building services.- Consistently achieved hire orders and other KPI targets.- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.- Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.- Effectively use SAP and CRM to ensure customer information is kept up to date- Provide appropriate statistical information on a weekly/monthly basis as required.- Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures.

Responsibility for 53 Aldi stores across Ireland.• Daily contact with Aldi store managers, area managers, suppliers, sub-contractors & in-house directors.• Logging calls on our internal system & maintaining our in-house scheduling system.• Scheduling and organising our team of engineers to attend jobs on a daily basis• Daily contact with our team of engineers regarding jobs, updates, materials, quotes, etc.• Issuing PO's to sub-contractors and suppliers for reactive and PPM works.• Keeping and updating lists of monthly Aldi PPM’s• Collating Monthly PPM Matrix• Receiving and collating engineer’s paperwork and PPM sheets.• Generating quotes from information given by engineers/sub-contractors while keeping store and area managers updated with developments• Site visits/Area Manager meetings• Sole responsibility for Aldi monthly invoices, collating all engineers/sub-contractor worksheets and invoices, pricing labour & materials, creating spreadsheet and issuing to relevant area managers• Signing off sub-contractor/supplier invoices• Answering any invoice/labour queries on jobs
