Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Leading on effective monitoring and development of the SEF and SDP.• Leading on curriculum and its adaptation to meet the needs of all students.• Leading on performance management and performance development plans.• Overseeing and ensuring high standards across the Primary and Secondary phases.• Being an integral part of a successful leadership team.• Promoting the school to all stakeholders and taking a high-profile and visible role in the school community• Taking full responsibility for leading and managing significant aspects of the school.• Improving standards in academic performance, care and well-being.• Leading professional development to ensure high quality learning and teaching.• Using of school management information systems and the financial management of school, admissions and enrolment.
