• Carrying out quality checks on correspondence in regards to PPI complaints• Using software and office applications to deal with queries related to PPI• Acting as a point of reference on the PPI Queue process• Liaising with Managers and Team Leaders from other business areas within Banking• Resolving complex enquiries and complaints from all customers internal and external by effective investigation. Or referring on as appropriate with recommendations• Completing checks and payments on customer ISA accounts

Regular risk auditing and monitoring of systems Crisis management where required Project Management Review and Analysis of delivered projects
