at 1st RegionAnalyzing investment opportunities based on financial and economic criteria, as well as negotiating with investors and holding auctions, and concluding contracts with them was a set of tasks that were made possible by applying asset management techniques, marketing management, sales engineering, and account management.

A brief description of the job is Establishing a marketing and sales organization to sell nearly 30 projects with an approximate area of more than one million square meters, which included residential, commercial, office, and recreational units.The work started with marketing research, evaluation of project value and pricing, recruiting members, and forming the team. In the following, it continued with planning and implementation of marketing & sales plans and also corresponding advertising campaign running. Finally, with intensive negotiations with buyers and prominent investors that required the application of negotiation techniques, sales engineering, and account management, significant results and achievements were reached.

I was one of the five stakeholders, and the Marketing and Sales Manager. We were producing Chain Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors, and other machines for wheat Silos. My main duties were:- Setting Policies and Strategies- Marketing research including Quantitative and Qualitative.- Composing Marketing and sales plan- Implementing the promotional plan- Setting up Marketing Department- Selection of sales forces- Establishing Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Coaching sales staff- Negotiating with major customers including Flourfactories, Cement Factories, and silos for Grains.
