• Planning project within various constrains.• Engage with Management to achieve company vision .• Review & approve Various Project drawings & guiding designing team for corrective action.• Manage project scope and guide the project team to complete the tasks• Set quality assurance policies & insure quality control procedures with internal inspectors to confirm scope of work validity with client .• Enhance work environment to achieve above target .• Involve with key stakeholders vision to prioritize the project goals .• Coordinate with civil & MEP engineers and insure the completion work as per designed plans .• Monitor , control & measure project over all progress .• Monitors hand-over systems performance and take proactive actions .• Lead the maintenance team & PPM activities for various system and ensure the quality control process & procedures .-Assist in designing, installing, configuring and testing active components-Suggest upgrades or system improvements on maintained systems-Plan and monitor the implementation of CCTV, Access Control as well as Structured Cabling systems-Prepare written procedures related to the position-Make sure subcontractors implement ELV work in line with relevant standards as well as requirements-Settle any unexpected technical difficulties as well as other problems that may arise-Offer technical, cost, schedule as well as design advice for access control, CCTV and structured cabling systems-Offer value engineering as well as constructability advice-Perform any other related duty as required

- Handling relationship with client- Site survey and estimation of material and deciding the location of CCTV as per standards - Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance of Practice/Policies.- Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.- Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.- Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.- Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.- Responding to out of hours service calls.
