Project: EMAAR Reef Tower 4 & Tower 5Clients: EMAAR & Associated Constructors LimitedEngineer: Hill International PakistanThe project comprises two towers with twenty-nine Storeys, including Two Basements floors, with Pre stressed Post Tension concrete Beams & Slabs. Working with Associated Constructors LLC (Main Contractor) under the consultancy of HILL International as a manager, my primary responsibilities are as:Primary Responsibilities:• Structural Design check/review of post tension slab.• Obtaining drawings, assessing the material and manpower requirement accurately and handing over the material/ manpower requirement to the purchase department to enable procurement, after obtaining approval.• Project cost control by controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity of the projects.• Organize safety trainings and education programs and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.• Ensure site inspection activities to verify the quality as per Client's requirement.• The supervision of all daily operations on site to ensure efficient, timely and profitable completion of the Project.• Handling conflicts (if any) between different stakeholders and resolving them.

Worked as a project engineer on a various oil storage facilities.• Preparation, scheduling, coordination and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.• Monitoring the compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.• Design and planning for general civil works on projects, including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, site utilities, and associated civil engineering activities• Interacted with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.• Supervision of small staff of professionals as needed.• Making decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed.• Estimation of Tentative Costs for the new projects based on the data available from previous projects.

Worked as a Structural Design Engineer, involved in analysis and design of Reinforced Concrete Structure Including Residential Buildings, Different Components of Bridges, Review and Corrections of bus stations and bridge drawings, Design review of underpass, abutment walls, & retaining wall using AASHTO LRFD, AASHTO 1996 & WPHC, Preparation of Shop drawings, Bar Bending schedules of Bridges and Buildings.Projects:• Development of Blue Line Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT) A proposed bus rapid transit system from Bahria Town to tower• Karachi-Thatta Dual Carriageway Project 49Kms carriageway from Ghaggar Phatak to Thatta bypass, comprising 16 Bridges• Lahore Orange-Line Metro Train Project Alternative design from pre-tension to post-tension of typical viaduct U-Girders for LRT loading as per Chinese codes• G+2 Residential Building A residential bungalow consisting of a basement, two stories above ground.
