- Oversee all aspects of Amazon AWS based Zumigo cloud services, delivery, budgeting, forecasting, planning, deployment, incident and change management.- Working closely with product management, development and QA to define, build and deliver SaaS products.- Measuring, maintaining and reporting appropriate SLAs across products to internal and external partners.- Expanded and matured SRE function at Zumigo across Production Operations and Development teams. - Manage onshore and offshore Ops and Noc teams.

- Production Operations Technical lead for Verisign's High Volume Messaging (SMS/MMS) SaaS platform serving 95% of MMS traffic for major North America Mobile Carriers. (At&T, Verizon, Sprint..)- Worked closely with Engineering and Product team to enhance system architecture and service stability. - Implemented geo redundant high volume messaging routing architecture, failure retries, and weight based destination routing to carriers (At&t, Verizon, Sprint etc). - Worked with Product team to identify and prioritize Service KPIs. Implemented collection and monitoring of service usage/performance across multiple data centers. - Managed 1000 plus linux servers hosting MMS platform across globally distributed data-centers- Lead 24/7/365 onshore and offshore production operations teams.

- Designed and supported Adteractive's Digital Advertising Platform. - Enhanced Application and Infrastructure Monitoring by re-designing existing Nagios Implementation. Implemented PXE Boot for automating Redhat based linux systems. - Wrote tools in Python and Bash to automate code deployments and various server management tasks.

- Managed Propel's Web Compression SaaS product in private cloud. - Wrote tools in python to automate day to day management tasks for Code Deployment, Monitoring, Patching Systems, log management and parsing, metric collection etc. - Supporting and troubleshooting RedHat servers, HTTP, SSL, Bind, TCP/IP, NTP, NFS, Firewalls/iptables, DHCP, Web proxies (Squid), Radius etc. - Implemented Nagios based on distributed and Federated monitoring and alerting system.
