• Looking after the team of Six Territory Sales Executives• Responsible of their target achievement and productivity as well.• Lead, manage, motivate and develop the Regional Sales Force ensuring the successful execution of Business Unit Sales strategies and plans at Regional level. • Visiting the market to ensure about the product availability• Ensure about the product visible at the counter for customers• Maintaining check and balance of issuance of stock on Credit• Reasonability to check the racks to ensure their condition• Implementation and introduction of launchings, strategies and company policies.• Manage day-to-day issues of the markets and franchisees network• Visit the retail outlet to get the retailer aware regarding Promos• Making MOM meeting and follow up the meetings and emails for Boss.• Discuss job performance problems with employees in order to identify causes and issues, and to work on resolving problems• Making reports & Presentations on MS Office for Higher Management

• Responsible to achieved the targets and dealing with Multi Product ( Cash Deposit, Opening of New Accounts)• Visit Market to get new business• Visiting 30 customer minimum on daily basis• Responsible to maintain Deposit Retention • Strong follow-up with the agreed customer for close of Business• Prepare daily customer visit report for follow-up with customers and for Management use.• Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth customer facilitation.• Handling of issues and complain of mature customers• Conducting Retail Survey for improvement in retail market• Strong monitoring of Competitors activities through Market visit.• Manage all the activities of Distribution, supplies & sales admin divisions• Coordination with operations department for smooth customer handling.• Administrative Works like, Making MOM meeting and follow up the meetings and emails of Boss.
